"HAUNTED NAWLINS DEUX"




"Haunted Nawlins Deux" (1 Oct-1 Nov 2022) is a spooky, sim-sized adventure set in New Orleans, October 1901.  You will find a wealth of games, shopping, freebies, food, and Trick-or-Treating for all ages.  There are also animesh characters with which you can interact.

This is the second "Haunted Nawlins" (as denoted by the "Deux" which means "Two" in Creole French, a dialect spoken in Louisiana).  Our theme is "Beauty and Decay."

Sponsors of this event are ~Lantian/Flox~ and Historical Hunts, Ltd.  The owner of ~Lantian/Flox~, Wyvern Dryke, has been building and crafting it since April this year, and has reportedly invested all his business income for six months into the project.

At Haunted Nawlins, you will find decrepit and beautiful buildings in the Garden District, lovely shops in the French Quarter, skeletons and mausoleums in Lafayette Cemetery, a Rougarou monster in the Bayou (swamp), a Voodoo Queen wandering about, Louisiana food in the picnic area, and so much more.

There are also a few dozen, hand-selected merchants offering Halloween-themed wares.  They offer a wide range of top-quality decor, clothing, jewelry, furniture, and full perm items for your shopping enjoyment. Merchants include ~Lantian/Flox~, Grasshopper St, SANNA, Timeless Textures, Builders Factory, United Inshcon, Technicolor Dolls, Peeps, Halloween Delights, Khargo Halloween, Chimeric Arts & Fashions, Touryuumon: Maho Sukuroru, Lorin's Sound Effects, {Archduchess}, A Little Ancient Shop, All Things Beautiful Textures, K-K's Designs, The Candy Castle, Ye Olde Panda Panda, Dragonsworn, and more!


Lastly, there is a game at Haunted Nawlins called "Trick or Treat."  Visitors can get a HUD to play it at the Arrival Gazebo.  There is a free version available, or they can purchase a Deluxe version which entitles them to extra benefits.  Wearing either, they can wander around and "knock" on doors with lights on, to get Trick or Treat Points.  (If the lights are not on, though, watch out--players can get tricked.)  Players can also gain or lose points by interacting with characters, playing games, and doing other things.  When they have enough Points, players can redeem them for unique, free prizes at the French Market.
