To get one, you have 3 options:
1.) NAUGHTY: Shoot his Henchman. Get the goods.
2.) NICE: Bribe the Turncoat. She sneaks you gifts.
3.) NEUTRAL: In a rush? Buy it. They are 80% off.

About the Gifts:
The advent gifts are all very high-quality, unique items from ~Lantian/Flox~. About the gifts: several are traditional, some are Krampus or Goth-related. Most are original mesh.
About the Calendar:
This is an Advent Calendar -GAME-. You must wear the free "Creepy Cryssy HUD" and play the game, in order to get gifts. (However, if you don't want to play, you can just buy them. Most are around L$50.)
Bonus:
You also gain points when you play, and those can be redeemed for additional benefits. Other details: past prizes are available for purchase at discount if you miss a day, and you can also send them as gifts to friends (through Caspervend).

How to Get Gifts:
There are three ways to get the gifts: Naughty, Nice, and Neutral!
- Naughty - Locate the Naughty Christmas Elves who help Krampus, and shoot them (with the HUD's bow). They will surrender daily Advent gifts. Sweet revenge!
- Nice - Find the Foxeh Elf who has turned on Krampus and now assists Brechta. Throw her a cookie (from the HUD). She can sneak into Krampus's cave, so will also fetch you daily Advent gifts. Sweet treats!
- Neutral - If the above doesn't suit you, then you can buy daily gifts (or send to friends!) at very reduced cost. Vendors are ornaments on the Big Black Tree: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Flox/67/85/28 Sweet discounts!

Tips:
- You MUST wear the Creepy Cryssy Game HUD to participate. Where to get it? Look inside the Arrival Building and beside the Big Black Tree. It is FREE! Grab and wear one to play.
- To wear the required "bow" and "cookie," you click their buttons on left side of the Game HUD. They will temp-attach to you.
- You must "shoot" the bow or "throw" the cookie and hit your target, in order to get gifts. To do so, wear one and face your target, then click your left mouse button. (Hint: being in Mouselook* improves accuracy!)
- You will know you hit your target, because the Character will respond with either a good or bad reaction.
Hint: With the Bow and Cookie, you can hit only Characters--not avatars, unrelated objects, etc. However, you can practice your aim with our targets! These are rezzed between the Gazebo and Crotchety Hall, here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Flox/129/98/23.
* The fastest way to get in Mouselook: Press Escape key twice, then use your mouse's scroll wheel to zoom in.

Secrets Only for Those Who Read the Website:
* Having trouble finding the elves who give out Advent gifts? You can ask Santa and Brechta where other Characters are, including the elves. (That said, they might not always be forthcoming. You might have to give them gifts, or bribe them!) Santa and Brechta are easy to find--the first hangs around the Food Area in the sim's West portion, and the second stays outside the Cemetery in the sim's SE area.
* Do. Not. Shoot. Foxeh. She gets really mad.
* Krampus is rude. He just... is. He doesn't get much better if you're nice, he's just an asshole. He makes his living carrying off bad children, so his personality is a bit warped. Therefore, don't waste your energy trying to win him over. lol
* All the Characters give you points, once per day, when you are nice to them or bring them gifts. (Yes, even Krampy, grudgingly, lol.) But you have to bring them the right gift. So ask them what they want, and maybe they'll tell you what it is, and where to find it.
* Only Characters with name tags over their heads will hold a conversation. To chat, CLICK them. (The advent-gift elves don't really chat.)
* If you click the sign next to the Scoreboard, it will give you points once per day. :)
* Trivia: Both Brechta and Krampus are based on actual, Germanic deities who are thousands of years old. Their associations with birch trees indicate that they may originally have dealt with purification and/or fertility. (Brechta is known by many names, including Berchta.) You will notice that Brechta hangs out in a birch grove in my sim, while Krampus sometimes carries birch switches with which to beat people.
