"HOWLOWEEN" means all things
spooky, monstrous, dark, and haunted (not gory). Our celebration is
grand, fun, wild... and interspersed with Dark Humor, Magick, and the
(un)Dead. We include Dia de los Muertos!
Celebrate the scary season in Haunted Nawlins (New Orleans). Trick or treating for ALL ages, not just kids. (Due to mature & spooky content, underage players should have adult supervision).
Lots of games, free unisex gifts, tons of food both creepy and Cajun! Explore the French Quarter, dodge the zombies, barrel through the Bayou! Another fantastic Festival in Flox.
Tips for Visiting Haunted Nawlins Howloween:
To gather points & prizes, grab a "Trick or Treat HUD" at Arrival Building.
For best effects, turn ON sound and turn UP graphics settings.
To reduce lag, please wear simple outfits and DETACH extra scripted items like combat huds, pets, etc.
Bringing kids? The whole SE quarter of the sim is PG-rated and family-friendly. To find it, follow the bat-signs on the ground from the Arrival Building east then south through the cast-iron gate. Example sign:
The rest of the sim has spooky & mature content. While there is neither guts/gore nor overt sex, we still encourage adult supervision for underage players (not avatars).
To interact with the animesh Characters, you must CLICK on them first. (This reduces lag.)
Our theme is Victorian/Edwardian (Haunted) New Orleans. Themed dress is not required, but appropriate behavior is. Please be polite, and do not fight.
